Paul Southern

Paul is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Paul joined the Office as a trainee auditor in 2003 and has over 14 years post qualification experience. He has worked on a variety of audit portfolios including central government departments, third level education institutions and state bodies. As Deputy Director of Audit, Paul is responsible for the audit of a number of departments and other voted accounts including the Justice and Agriculture portfolios. Paul is also the Office’s liaison with the government accounting unit in the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform.
